what's the model
patronage → free resources
paid supporters — at any twitch sub tier or any paid patreon tier — fund a runway that progressively makes paywalled work free for everyone. the free resources tracker on the home page is the visible version of this: a combined count, a next milestone, a gap.
the model isn't paywall scarcity. supporters get bonus things — media diary, works in progress, video check-ins — but those exist because some of the personal stuff fits there better, not because they're held back from the rest of the pack.
