S.H.A.D.E.S. for Self-Care

because i'm a person on the internet, everyone saw my life change in the past 10 years and started asking "how??" - here's my breakdown (to the best of my ability)


i'm not a professional anything, but what i am happy to do is share my perspective at any time. i worked really hard to analyze why my life changed so i could share it with others, and this is what i've come up with over the years. some of the info in the older videos may now be outdated or i may have a different view on it at this point, but i'm not about to go watch hours of my old videos to figure it out so take everything (in the whole world please) with a grain of salt. in my years of work in the mental health space, i've been fortunate to meet many other mental health professionals who gratefully backed up the validity of my suggestions and work, but everyone is different and what worked for me may not be the right fit for you. just know i'm rooting for you and i'll do whatever i can to help whenever i can.
