things we've been pulling together
we all need a little help sometimes, maybe some of these resources will help point you in the right direction.
some resources will be shared by experts in their fields, some will be shared by people who have been through some stuff and wanted to share what helped them, and some will be things people found while rabbit-holing weird corners of the internet.
let's help each other navigate this weird ass (and beautiful) world together.
Why Does He Do That?
This can be an eye-opening read for women in relationships that don't feel right. Read through it and it might offer you some valuable insight. You deserve healthy relationships and love.
Some Actions that are Not Protesting or Voting
This is a really cool guide I found from an organizer I follow online (cannot remember who) and it has so many interesting ideas and resources in it.
Feelings & Needs Reference from Nonviolent Communication
This is an awesome resource for when you're trying to name that feeling without accidentally using a "faux feeling". It's also super helpful for when you're trying to figure out what you're actually needing in order to communicate it kindly.
Open Path Therapy Collective
Cheaper therapy for folks who are uninsured or underinsured. I can personally vouch for how helpful this has been as a resource for lower cost therapy. Love love love.
The Debunking Handbook
This is a guide to help people learn how to engage in conversations where you may have to debunk false information. Worth a read!
found something that helped you?
maybe you've been through something heavy and found some helpful resources along the way, maybe you heard of something valuable from the internet, maybe you're a professional with resources you recommend often to your clients/patients - whatever you got, please share it here. it may help someone else who needs it.
