passing phenomena podcast - adhd brain effort challenges

Started a new little thing... a daily podcast (right now planning on doing it on weekdays) where I basically just record myself working through whatever challenges or feelings are coming up in real time. Whether it's my ADHD brain refusing to do a task, sitting with some heavy emotions, or navigating my life in general - it's all gonna be done as mindfully as possible.

I'm trying to offer what folks have said was helpful for them - practical examples of how I work with my life mindfully as I face challenges or difficulty.
