Today's meditation practice focused on the direct experience of holding and releasing tension, both physically and mentally. Participants were guided to consciously grip and then suddenly let go of bodily tension, and then apply the same technique to a minor mental irritation. The practice aimed to cultivate a felt sense of spaciousness, relief, and non-attachment, helping practitioners recognize the difference between suppressing emotions and truly letting go.
