podcast - it's not thinking time

I've been enjoying playing around a bit more with my mind the last couple of weeks, and one of the things that's been really supportive for me has been telling my mind "it's not thinking time" and then redirecting myself back to feeling and/or observing instead.

It's honestly been really beautiful, so I'm interested in hearing your thoughts and how it feels if you should decide to give it a try.

What comes up for you when you consider the idea of giving your mind regular breaks from thinking?
