support group video call this saturday at 1pm est

Hey friends, just a quick reminder that our next support group call will be this Saturday at 1pm est and will run for two hours.

All are welcome, just use this link and keep it on hand because it'll always be the same one.

We will exclusively be doing the support group and brief grounding/arriving and ending meditations as well, and the meditation/mindfulness teaching will come in a separate form once I am able to prioritize it again.
