next mindfulness video chat date: 10/29/22

My silent meditation retreat is coming up and would conflict with our next video chat date, so I'm postponing it. I think it'll be great to have an opportunity to speak with y'all closer to the end of the retreat, so we'll be meeting the 29th instead of the 22nd. 

I appreciate you all and I'm so excited for all of us to continue on our path of healing and love together.
