mindful video chat schedule for november & december

Hey friends!

If you haven’t attended one yet, you are still invited to join us for our Mindful Video Chats which happen every other Saturday and go for about two hours.

These are open to all members of the Patreon and are a really special experience.

We do the calls through Zoom, but you don’t have to have your camera on if you don’t want to, and you don’t have to speak up if you don’t want to. Take everything at your own pace.

Typically the calls start off with an open floor for people to answer any of these questions:

— Does anyone have anything they’re proud of themselves for that they’d like to share with the group?

— Is anyone struggling with anything that they’d like to talk about with the group?

You can vent or ask for advice and perspective from your community, whatever works for you.

We’re here for you and here for each other, and these calls are a great way to really experience the love we all share in this wonderful community.
