In this guided meditation, you're invited to practice extending well wishes to yourself, someone you care about, someone neutral, someone you find difficult and then to all beings.

This is a valuable practice in cultivating our intention to care about all beings, not just the ones we have direct relationships with.

This is a foundational practice I hope you revisit often.

We went through this practice today as a part of our first group video chat using the new format, and it was a beautiful experience. I hope you find it to be beautiful and useful too.

Please remember not to judge yourself for any reactions your body or mind have throughout the practice. Simply notice them without making anything wrong. It's ok if you don't feel a deep connection to these practices at first, keep going. They will find their way in over time and impact your ability to love more openly.
