Hey everyone! Here’s your updated info for our bi-weekly mindfulness group, including the full schedule for our next series focused on the Four Noble Truths and the Three Insights that support each one.
We'll be loosely following Dancing with Life by Phillip Moffitt for this series, breaking each Noble Truth down over four sessions: one for the Truth itself and one for each of the three insights that help us work with it more deeply.
