meditation for stressful times - a 6 week online workshop

I'm running a 6-week mindfulness workshop starting October 18th. It'll be six consecutive Saturday mornings (the classes would end a half hour before the group video calls) focused on building practical skills for working with stress, difficult emotions, and overwhelm. We're heading into the holiday season and the world feels heavy right now, so the timing felt right to offer this.
The workshop covers foundational mindfulness practices: breath and body awareness, working with emotions and thoughts, heart practices like self-compassion, and bringing it all into daily life. It's designed for beginners or anyone who wants structured guidance with these practices.
