I'm going to record some affirmations / empowering statement kinda podcasts/audio files, which type would you prefer?
General affirmations
Fitness based motivational shit (stuff like "fuck yeah, keep goin, you're killin it!)
Specific affirmations for confidence, anti-anxiety, good health/habits, etc.
